Day 1:  HO CHI MINH city – ARRIVAL (D)

Arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport. Meet and transfer to hotel. At leisure. Welcome dinner on boat cruising along Sai Gon River. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2:  HOCHIMINH CITY - tay ninh - Cu Chi (B, L, D)

A.M. Depart to Tay Ninh (120 km) to visit Cao Dai Holy See belonging to Cao Dai religion. P.M. Drive back to Cu Chi to visit the underground maze tunnels, a former battle-field during the American War. Return to Ho Chi Minh, dinner and free.

Day 3:  HOCHIMINH CITY - My Tho - CAN THO (B, L, D)

A.M. Leave for My Tho town in Tien Giang Province (the first province in the Mekong Delta hub - about 75 km from Ho Chi Minh City). Boat trip on Mekong River to visit the fruit gardens and peasants’ houses on an islet. Enjoy fruits in the garden.

P.M. Transfer to Can Tho, central city of Mekong Delta. Visit Bang Lang Stork Garden in Thot Not District before check in hotel in Can Tho City. Dinner and night free.

Day 4:  CAN THO - SOC TRANG - HOCHIMINH CITY (B, L, D)

A.M. Visit Phung Hiep floating market. Then continue to Soc Trang (30 km) to visit Bat pagoda, Khmer Museum, Kleng Pagoda. After lunch drive back to Hochiminh City. Dinner and free at night.

DAY 5:  HO CHI MINH CITY - NHATRANG (B, L, D)

Whole day city tour to the Reunification Palace, War Museum, Central Post-Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, China Town, Thien Hau Pagoda, Historical Museum, Ben Thanh Market, Lam Son Lacquerware factory. Dinner. Transfer to Saigon Railway Station for train SN2 to Nha Trang depart at 18:00. Overnight on the train (soft berth).

Day 6:  nha Trang (b, L, D)

A.M. Arrive in Nha Trang early morning. After breakfast take a boat trip to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium and Hon Tam Island. Sea-bathing at blue water island of Hon Tam.

P.M: Visit Ponagar Cham tower, Hon Chong Promontory, Long Son Pagoda. Overnight  in Nha Trang.

Day 7:  Nha Trang – DANANG (b, L, D)

A.M. Drive to Nha Phu Bay. Get on a small boat to get reach of Monkey Island to see natural monkey flocks and enjoy their playful performances. Lunch at local restaurant.

P.M. Visit Dam Market. Relax at Nha Trang Beach. Dinner. Evening transfer to Nha Trang Railway Station for train S6  to Danang at 20:00. Overnight  on the train (soft berth).

Day 8:  DA NANG – BA NA (B, L, D)

Arrive in Da Nang at 08:30. Meet and transfer to Ba Na, a famous  mountainous Resort of Da Nang with pleasant weather and lovely landscape. Sightseeing around Ba Na. Overnight in Ba Na Mountain.

Day 9:  BA NA – DA NANG – HOI AN (B, L, D)

Transfer back to Da Nang to visit Cham Museum, Ngu Hanh (Marble) Mountains, Non Nuoc Beach, then transfer to Hoi An. Free at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Hoi An.

Day 10: HOI AN - Hue (B, L, D)

A.M. Visit Hoi An ancient town, one of the World’s Cultural Heritage.

P.M. Transfer to Hue (150 km) through Hai Van beautiful pass. Check in hotel. Night in Hue.

Day 11: HUE (B, L, D)

A.M. Boat ride to visit Thien Mu pagoda, Imperial Citadel, Dong Ba Market.

P.M. Visit Tu Duc and Khai Dinh Mausoleums, Tu Hieu pagoda. Night in Hue.

Day 12: HUE – DONG HOI – PHONG NHA CAVE (B, L, D)

Drive to Dong Hoi. On the way visit Hien Luong Bridge, Ben Hai River, Vinh Moc Underground Tunnels in the Demilitarization Zones in Quang Tri. Check in hotel in Dong Hoi. Night in Dong Hoi.

Day 13: DONG HOI – HANOI (B, L, D)

Visit Phong Nha Cave, 40 km to the west of Dong Hoi town. This is a newly discovered caves on the longest underground river in Viet Nam (and perhaps in the world). On the way back stop to visit a part of Ho Chi Minh Trail. After dinner transfer to Dong Hoi Railway station for S8 to Hanoi depart at 20:00 (soft berth air-con). Dinner and overnight on the train.

Day 14: Hanoi (B, L, D)

Arrive in Hanoi at 08:30 A.M. Meet and transfer to hotel. Full day city tour to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh House-on-stilts, Ho Chi Minh Museum and One-Pillar Pagoda, Hanoi Old Quarter, Temple of Literature (the first University of Vietnam), Restored Sword Lake. Evening enjoy Water-puppet show – Vietnamese famous traditional art.

Day 15: Hanoi - Ha Long (B, L, D)

A.M. Transfer to Halong City. Board on ship to take a 5-hour cruise on Halong Bay to enjoy many charming islands and visit natural caves with various shape of stalagmites: Thien Cung, Dau Go. Lunch on board with seafood.

P.M. Check in hotel. Dinner and overnight in Halong.

Day 16: Ha Long – NINH BINH (B, L, D)

A.M. Check out and transfer to Ninh Binh (230 km). After lunch visit Hoa Lu, relics of Dinh Dynasty. Dinner and overnight in Ninh Binh town.

Day 17: NINH BINH - Mai Chau (B, L, D)

A.M. Boat trip to visit Tam Coc Caves, Bich Dong Temple – Halong Bay on land. P.M. Transfer to Mai Chau (130 km), a mountainous area in the South-West of Hanoi. Dinner. Enjoy the performance of Ethnic dances. Overnight at house-on-stilts.

Day 18: Mai Chau – HANOI (B, L, D)

A.M. Trekking around Mai Chau to visit White Thai minority people.

P.M. Drive back to Hanoi. Dinner and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 19: Hanoi – Departure (B)

Free shopping. Transfer to airport for departure.
